We ship within United States only.
Normally it will take a between 5 to 12 days depends on shipping methods.
We will send you an email with a link to track your order. Also you can track your order by Signing into your TAQPAR Account and click on Order History. You can choose to email us at taqpar@taqpar.com to get information on your order.
If you want to cancel your order, please do so through your order confirmation email or by signing into your TAQPAR account. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you have wait until it is delivered. You can choose to email us at taqpar@taqpar.com to get more information.
As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your country. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see tracking updates.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. For more information regarding our return policy, please check it on our Return Policy page.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. You can initiate a return by logging into your TAQPAR account and going into your orders.
Our Customer's satisfaction and delight is our first priority. If you dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number and detailed information regarding the problem and provide pictures if there is any quality issue at taqpar@taqpar.com.
We will initiate refund immediately upon return acceptance. After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please estimate up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
